Two-story paired models The Summit and The Ascent offer three to four bathrooms, 2.5 to 3.5 baths, two bay garages, and range from 1,886 to 3,053 square feet. Both models feature a covered porch, main floor powder bath, open kitchen, fireplace, and an owner’s suite with four-piece bath and walk-in closet. Buyers can opt for a finished basement that includes the fourth bedroom, third bathroom, and a recreation room. Additional options include a covered patio, gourmet kitchen, and walk-out level deck.
Wild Grass is located on the west side of the I-25 corridor, offering residents access to local shopping, dining, and entertainment, as well as outdoor attractions like the Garden of the Gods, Kissing Camels, Pikes Peak, and the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo.
