Century Communities has announced the grand opening of two new communities in Indiana, both located east of Indianapolis: Tarkington Heights in Connersville and Landmark in New Castle.
Each community offers single-family homes through the builder’s Century Complete brand, which offers buyers the opportunity to purchase homes online. Home features include granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and white Shaker-style cabinetry throughout.
Homes at Tarkington Heights will be priced from the mid-$100,000s, and range from three to four bedrooms, two to three baths, and up to 2,009 square feet in size. All feature a two-car garage. Landmark will offer 1,603-square-foot ranch homes priced from the low $200,000s, with four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a two-car garage.
Neither community has an on-site sales center. Instead, Century Communities invites potential buyers to use its online home buying process, or to visit the regional sales center in Indianapolis. Both communities have homes available for move-in starting in May.
