Port Arkansas, Texas, developer Sea Oats Group is releasing its next phase of homesites at Cinnamon Shore, a planned community on Mustang Island on the Texas Gulf Coast, starting Oct. 9.
Forty homesites will be available in the new phase at Cinnamon Shore South, including several Gulf-front sites and two sites on a future 4-acre lake. Upcoming amenities will include a large resort-style pool; pickleball, basketbal,l and volleyball courts; a dune crossover for beach access; and a palm-lined promenade that leads to the beach.

Interested buyers do not have to be present to select a site, but must register online by Oct. 6 and receive pricing and assistance from Cinnamon Shore Realty in advance. Once buyers select a site, they can work with the community’s roster of interior designers and architects to start designing their home plan, as well as secure financing for a loan, interview builders, and build as soon as the plat is finalized.
