Coastal Ridge Real Estate, a full-service real estate investment and property management firm, is continuing to expand its Stillwell brand with a new build-to-rent community in Central Ohio. Within Nationwide Realty Investors’ master-planned Jerome Village, the brand new 230 BTR homes will have access to its 700 acres of parks and green space. The network of trails connects to Glacier Ridge Metro Park as well.

“The Stillwell brand complements the lifestyle offered at Jerome Village,” says Jerimi Nuckolls, director of development at Coastal Ridge. “We’re enthusiastic about our partnership with Jerome Village and Hallstatt Real Estate Partners on this project and look forward to welcoming our first set of residents to our community in 2023.”

The new community will offer one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes with private entrances and individual backyards. In addition to Jerome Village’s expansive parks and green spaces, residents will enjoy a clubhouse, a fitness center, a resort-style pool, and outdoor seating areas. Stillwell Jerome is being developed through a joint-venture partnership with Halstatt Real Estate Partners, a women-owned real estate private equity firm. Hallmark Construction is serving as contractor for the project.

“We’ve looked forward to the day when we could announce the Stillwell brand would be coming to the Central Ohio community,” says Andy Lallathin, co-founder and managing partner at Coastal Ridge. “With so many of our Coastal Ridge team members located in Central Ohio and our corporate headquarters located in downtown Columbus, this project is of particular importance to our organization and development team.”

Earlier this year, Coastal Ridge launched the Stillwell brand when it opened Stillwell Wellen Park in Sarasota, Florida, and Stillwell Avery Centre in Round Rock, Texas. A ceremonial groundbreaking for Stillwell Jerome is set for Sept. 22.
