Coventry Homes has announced the start of new-home sales at Mandola Farms in Richmond, Texas, and the start of construction at a new upcoming neighborhood in The Highlands in Porter, Texas. The two Houston-area communities will offer single-family homes priced from the low to mid-$300,000s.
Homes at Mandola Farms will range from 1,752 to 3,397 square feet in size across 13 floor plans on 55-foot homesites, priced from the mid-$300,000s. Interior features include island kitchens, spacious primary bedrooms, large family rooms, and a variety of customizable options.
All homes will be built according to the Environments for Living program’s energy efficiency and indoor air quality certification standards. Amenities will include miles of trails, an open-air pavilion, and a splash pad and playground.
“Mandola Farms offers a great location, family-friendly amenities, and lots of natural beauty,” says Paul Blackburn, region president for McGuyer Homebuilders, parent company of Coventry Homes. “Richmond has so much to offer, and we are excited that homeowners will have the opportunity to start their adventures in one of our new homes.”
While floor plans have not yet been released for The Highlands, the builder expects designs to be priced from the low $300,000s. The homes will be built on 45- and 60-foot homesites, and a model home is set to open later this year.
The 2,310-acre Highlands community, developed by Caldwell Communities, is located close to employment and entertainment centers at The Woodlands, Spring, Porter, and New Caney. Planned amenities will include a semi-private golf course, a fitness center, a water park with a resort style pool and lazy river, miles of trails, tennis courts, a full-time lifestyle director, an event lawn, playgrounds, and a lake.
“The Highlands is poised to be one of the most desirable places to live in Montgomery County,” Blackburn says. “The location as well as the exceptional planned amenities and relaxed lifestyle should suit any buyer—as will our fantastic range of home designs.“
