Cross Creek Ranch has introduced a new neighborhood — the first of four expected in the Fulshear, Texas, master-planned community by year’s end.
The newest, Wren Landing, is an enclave of 39 homesites and will feature homes by Chesmar Homes and Perry Homes designed for 50-foot properties. The newest offerings are a continuation of what the builders offer in The Brooks neighborhood, says Cross Creek Ranch general manager Rob Bamford.
“Home prices in The Brooks begin in the $220,000s, and this range has been very popular among buyers in Cross Creek Ranch this year,” Bamford says. “We expect pricing in Wren Landing to be similar to what Chesmar and Perry offered in The Brooks.”
Home sales in Wren Landing should begin late October. Also in October, Cross Creek Ranch will debut Dunlin Cove, a neighborhood of 80-foot homesites, many of which back up to Flewellen Creek or a community lake. Trendmaker Homes and Village Builders will offer designs in Dunlin Cove, which will have 56 homesites. Home sales are projected to begin in November.
Two new neighborhoods are being introduced in Bonterra at Cross Creek Ranch, a community for active adults ages 55 and older. The two enclaves encompass 98 homesites, 43 of which will be 60-foot properties, 25 will be 50-foot homesites and 30 properties will be 45-foot.
“Activity has been picking up in Bonterra, especially as the resident-only amenities come closer to being complete,” Bamford says.
The Bonterra at Cross Creek Ranch clubhouse is expected to open in mid-November. The 10,000-square-foot clubhouse features a social hall, fitness center, movement studio, catering kitchen, cards and billiards room and the Spa at Bonterra. Anchoring the clubhouse will be a covered terrace overlooking a resort-style pool and courts for bocce ball and pickle ball. A grand opening is planned for Nov. 18.
Earlier this year, Cross Creek Ranch introduced 261 homesites in two new neighborhoods — The Willows and Blue Stem. Cross Creek Ranch is one of the nation’s top-selling master-planned communities, ranked No. 31 on a mid-year report of the 50 best selling developments in the nation by Robert Charles Lesser & Co. (RCLCO). More than 2,840 homes have been sold in the development.
