After acquiring nearly 400 acres in the Raleigh, N.C., area, Mid-Atlantic company Dan Ryan Builders has announced its launch of eight new communities throughout the greater Triangle in Apex, Clayton, Durham, Franklinton, Fuquay-Varina, Mebane, and Youngsville.
The new communities will encompass roughly 1,250 homes with construction planned to begin this fall and early 2019.
“These new communities will provide home buyers more choices, from location to price point, with great amenities all across the region,” says Jay Lewis, president of Dan Ryan Builders Raleigh Division. “Buyers want affordable homes in desirable locations, close to the places they shop, work and play, but outside of the more heavily congested areas. These new communities fit the bill and we are confident they will provide the best value in the market to our future homeowners.”
The eight new Dan Ryan Builders’ communities include:
• Adalyn Place: 90 age-targeted, single-family ranch homes on 30 acres in Fuquay-Varina,
• Ashberry: 92 single-homes on 35 acres in Youngsville,
• Avery Crossing: 57 single-family homes on 20 acres in Fuquay-Varina,
• Havenstone: 166 single-family homes on 63 acres in Mebane,
