Taylor Morrison’s Texas-based Darling Homes division has opened pre-sales for the 50 home sites in its latest Frisco, Tex. expansion, Bridge View at Chapel Creek.
The community’s classic-style homes were designed with “rustic elegance” in mind. Its floor plans are priced from the $700,000s, and range in size from 3,900 to 4,500 square feet. The open-concept layouts include gourmet kitchens, hearth rooms, first floor media rooms, guest casitas. The courtyards and outdoor living spaces offer views and access to the community’s creeks, hills, shade trees, and extensive green space.
