The Whaler model home is coming soon to Chapel Crossings in Wesley Chapel, Florida.

David Weekley Homes will soon begin building in the Westbury section of the master-planned community of Chapel Crossings, located in Wesley Chapel, Florida, a suburb north of Tampa. The builder recently broke ground on its model home, The Whaler.

The Whaler will showcase four bedrooms, three full baths, a three-car tandem garage, and a study. This fully furnished, one-story home will include 2,700 square feet of living space and an extended lanai.

Chapel Crossings will offer buyers quick move-in homes from a selection of five open-concept, one- and two-story floor plans. Residents in the community will also have access to master-planned amenities, including pocket parks, a dog park, and a clubhouse with a kitchen, a fitness center, and a resort-style pool with a lazy river opening in late 2022.

Chapel Crossings is convenient to Interstate 75 and Interstate 275, as well as The Shops at Wiregrass, Tampa Premium Outlets, health care facilities, and numerous county parks.
