Fischer Homes has announced its first infill project in the Indianapolis area. Located in Zionsville, Indiana, Chelsea Park—developed by Grand Communities on just over 39 acres—will feature 31 luxury homes, including the builder’s new Uptown Collection.
The builder now has 21 communities in the Indianapolis area, with new homes ranging in price from the $200,000s to the $900,000s.
The brand-new Uptown Collection includes The Irving and The Oakley two-story floor plans, which feature open-concept layouts, private back yards, detached garages, and flexible living spaces. The company started designing this collection in 2019 and did extensive market and competitive research to develop the new portfolio.
Chelsea Park will also feature the builder’s Masterpiece Collection of homes. Potential buyers can choose from 10 floor plans, including The Leland Centerpiece Home from the 2022 Indianapolis Home Show and The Paxton, an award-winning five-level design.

All 31 homesites are expected to be released for sale this spring.
