Fischer Homes said Wednesday it will open for sales this weekend at Prestwick Place in Pierce Township, Ohio. The $70+ million Fischer Homes community will total 219 home sites.
This first release will feature 12 Patio home sites, 14 Designer home sites, and 23 Masterpiece home sites. Fischer Homes is holding an event to take site holds for the community in which future homeowners will be able to secure their home site with a refundable $1000 check beginning at noon on August 6th at the Fischer Homes model home at Lexington Run in Batavia.
“We are seeing unprecedented demand for this area, “ said Brian Johnson, division manager for the Fischer Homes Cincinnati division. “Customers are interested in the latest in home design trends – and with our Masterpiece, Designer and Patio collections all being released, we have a wide variety of home styles and designs available to choose from. This is a great location in the new West Clermont School District. It is 8 minutes from I-275, and 20 minutes from downtown Cincinnati.”
Pricing in the community will range from the $250’s to the $500’s. Future planned amenities include a cabana, pool, and walking paths. Prestwick Place is located on Merwin Ten Mile Road near Legendary Run golf course in Pierce Township and I-275.
