Southern California builder Gallery Homes has kicked off sales at its latest new home community, Gallery at Whittier Ranch. The Indio, Calif. development in the Coachella Valley area includes 61 affordable entry-level homes starting from the low $300,000s. 12 homes were sold within the first week of sales, according to the builder, many of them to first-time home buyers.
Gallery Homes offers three family-oriented floor plans at Whittier Ranch, ranging from 2,014 to 2,793 square feet, three to five bedrooms, and 2.5 to four bathrooms. The homes include spacious great rooms, front and rear covered patios, and two- or three-car garages.
Gallery at Whittier Ranch is one of four Gallery Homes communities recently added to the Palm Springs area in response to growing buyer demand.
