Winchester Homes, a division of TRI Pointe, will host a grand opening celebration for its Glenmont MetroCentre townhome community in Silver Spring, Maryland on Saturday, October 22. Tours of the community’s new Oakley model townhome will be available from 11am to 4pm.
Glenmont MetroCentre is located a short walk from the Glenmont Metro Station, the endpoint of the Washington, D.C. Metro’s Red Line. Winchester believes that Glenmont MetroCentre’s location will appeal to commuters who are accustomed to driving long distances on gridlocked highways to get to D.C., or even just to get to a Metro station.
Both the Barton and the Oakley modern-style townhome plans available in this community will offer a garage, a private terrace, and up to four bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and 2,392 square feet of space across four finished levels. Pricing for each unit begins at $484,900.
The community will include a playground, as well as landscaping and lawn maintenance service, though Winchester highlights the D.C. Metro and the areas it serves as Glenmont MetroCentre’s “real amenities.”
