Texas-based real estate firm Hines has announced the start of construction at Wildflower Ranch, a new master-planned community north of Fort Worth, Texas. The community will contain 3,300 single-family homes across 1,100 acres at full buildout.

The first phase of development at Wildflower Ranch will include 400 single-family homes by Dallas-Fort Worth builders, including Beazer Homes, Bloomfield Homes, Gehan Homes, Highland Homes, and Lennar Homes.

β€œWe are thrilled to introduce Wildflower Ranch and bring a dynamic experience to the area,” says Hines managing director Dustin Davidson. β€œThe city is flourishing with growth, and we hope Wildflower Ranch will serve as a magnetic addition to the area.”

Amenities at Wildflower Ranch will include an extensive lazy river with a pool deck and shaded gathering areas, a community pavilion, multiple playgrounds, a series of trails, and a new school site for the Northwest Independent School District.

The first phase of construction is set for delivery in mid-2021, with home prices ranging from the $200,000s to the $400,000s.
