Horton Offers Final Phase in its Paloma Project

D.R. Horton’s Paloma development, with its lake views and large floor plans, opened in 2013.

Now, three years later, D.R. Horton’s Southwest Florida division has opened Paloma Grande, which represents represents the final stage of development in the gated Bonita Springs, Fla. project.

This phase offers two carriage home plans starting in the mid-$200s. The Samone model, offers 1,402 square feet of living space, two bedrooms, two baths, a den, and a one-car garage. The 1,661-square-foot Victoria offers an additional bedroom. Both homes feature a family room at the heart of the home, which flows to an open kitchen, café area, and lanai.

Paloma is just a few miles from Bonita Beach and is equally close to the shopping havens of Coconut Point and Miromar Outlets, with quick access to I-75. Highlights include nearby shopping and restaurants, and an amenity center that features a clubhouse, resort-style pool, fitness center, two tennis courts, bocce courts, and catering kitchen.
