D.R. Horton’s Southwest Florida division has just opened a new phase of home sites with its the Wheaton home plan at Toscana Isles. The Wheaton plan is one of nine home plans at the North Venice community, ranging from 1,804 to 3,461 square feet of living space.
The Wheaton, which includes a three-car garage, offers 2,450 square feet of living space, an open kitchen that flows to a central great room, and a separate dining room for entertaining. The Wheaton also includes oversized walk-in closets in the master suite, a gracious foyer for welcoming guests, three bedrooms, and three-and-a-half baths. A den can serve as a private retreat or an optional fourth bedroom.
Toscana Isles amenities include an infinity-edge pool, fitness center, lakefront activity room, catering kitchen, tennis and bocce courts, kayak launch, fire pit, tot lot playground, poolside cabanas, and a dog park.
Since opening for sales in the winter of 2015, 50 homes have been sold at Toscana Isles. Several homes are expected to be available for quick move-in this fall and winter.
Toscana Isles features an entry fountain, stone architecture features, bridges, lakes, and miles of pedestrian-friendly walkways. The development is a 20-minute drive to the dining, shopping and cultural events of downtown Sarasota. Homes start in the mid-$300s.
