J. Patrick Homes, Highland Homes, Perry Homes, and Newmark Homes have started sales of homes designed for larger homesites in Jubilee.

At Jubilee in Hockley, Texas, Johnson Development is expanding into the next phase while also adding 70- and 80-foot homesites, one new builder, and four new model homes.

“We’ve had many requests for homes on larger lots,” says June Tang, vice president and general manager of Jubilee. “We have heard you and are now answering that request.”

At the wellness center community, 39 of what will eventually become more than 175 70-foot lots have been delivered to Highland Homes and Newmark Homes, two of Jubilee’s original builders. J. Patrick Homes, which is new to the community, and current builder Perry Homes are offering floor plans for 28 of the 80-foot homesites that have been released and more than 100 80-foot homesites are planned. All of the builders have started presales.

The developer says that the larger homes will continue to offer the standard wellness features found in other Jubilee homes. These include a fresh-air intake and a MERV 13-rated whole-home, four-inch media filter for improved air quality, a reverse-osmosis filtration system in the kitchen, and circadian rhythm lighting in the kitchen, dining room, family room, primary bedrooms and connecting hallways.

Builders also offer several comfort features as standard in their homes in Jubilee, including a home automation panel, smart thermostats, a smart front door lock, a video doorbell, window prewiring for blackout shades in at least one room, and security prewiring for one security panel, all doors, and all operable first-floor windows.

Within the community, The Joy Hub, a nearly 5-acre recreation complex, is near delivery and slated to open soon. The first phase includes a pool, splash pad, co-working lounge, event lawn, and poolside pop-up pantry. Of the more than 30 wellness zones planned for Jubilee, Sunshine Park, Breathing Bridge, the Wild Wander exploration zone, and Cheerful Plaza have already opened.

Chesmar Homes, Coventry Homes, David Weekley Homes, Tri Pointe Homes, and Westin Homes are also building in Jubilee.
