KB Home announced its expansion in the Sonterra master plan in the Austin, Texas, area with three new single-family home communities—Cool Water, Eastwood, and Rio Lobo.
The homes offered at the new Sonterra communities showcase design characteristics such as kitchens overlooking expansive great rooms, master suites with walk-in closets, and spacious lofts. The one- and two-story floor plans feature up to five bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths, and range in size from approximately 1,000 to 2,800 square feet.
