Country Roads in Murrietta is close to shopping, dining, and entertainment at French Valley Village Center, and walking distance from a park featuring basketball courts, playgrounds, sports fields, and walking paths. The one- and two-story homes in the community feature kitchens overlooking large great rooms, bedrooms with walk-in closets, and ample storage space. Country Roads includes floor plans with up to six bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths, range between 1,900 and 2,500 square feet. Pricing begins in the $680,000s.

“Country Roads is located in highly desirable Murrieta and convenient to Highway 79, Interstate 215, and Interstate 15, providing access to both Riverside and San Diego counties’ employment centers as well as shopping, dining, entertainment, and outdoor recreation,” says John Fenn, president of KB Home’s Inland Empire division. “As with other KB Home communities, Country Roads provides home shoppers with the opportunity to purchase a new KB home that can be personalized to reflect their lifestyle and needs.”

The Lily community in Chino features floor plans with up to four bedrooms and three baths, with homes ranging in size from approximately 1,600 to 1,900 square feet. The master-planned community offers mountain views as well as future amenities such as a pool, a children’s play area, and sports courts. The community is located in the highly ranked Chino Valley Unified School District. Pricing for homes in the Lily starts from the mid-$600,000s.

“Our new homes at Lily are situated within a highly desirable mater-planned community in Chino and convenient to Interstate 15 and Highways 60, 71, and 91,” Fenn says. “The community will feature several future amenities and is close to shopping, dining, entertainment, and outdoor recreation.”

One- and two-story homes in the Ridgeview community in San Marcos feature floor plans with up to five bedrooms and four bathrooms, ranging between approximately 2,200 and 2,900 square feet. Pricing begins from $1.3 million.

“Ridgeview is a serene, terraced hillside community conveniently located near Highway 78, Interstate 15, and several SPRINTER hybrid rail stations, offering easy access to San Diego County’s major employment centers,” says Steve Ruffner, president of KB Home’s coastal division. The community is also just a short drive to California State University San Marcos and Palomar College and minutes away from shopping, dining, and entertainment as well as outdoor recreation.”

The Cordova Crossing community in San Antonio features one- and two-story floor plans with up to six bedrooms and four baths. Homes in the community range between approximately 1,400 and 3,600 square feet. Construction of a children’s playground and a private dog park for community residents is underway, according to KB. Pricing begins from the $300,000s.

“Cordova Crossing offers a tranquil country setting with city conveniences nearby and is convenient to several highways, offering an easy commute to major employers,” says Rob Wasyliw, president of KB Home’s San Antonio division.

Homes in each of the four communities are designed to be Energy Star certified through construction techniques and materials utilized that help deliver savings on utility bills, according to the builder. The homes are also designed to deliver an enhanced indoor environment and include high-performance ventilation systems, low- or zero-VOC products, and other features guided by the Environmental Protection Agency’s Indoor airPLUS standards.
