KB Home has announced the opening of Alder Brook, a new single-family home community in Enumclaw, Washington. Alder Brook provides easy access to the Seattle area’s major employment centers.

At the end of June, KB Home also opened two communities at the Shadow Mountain master plan in Menifee, California. With pricing from the $470,000s, the homes will feature large bedroom suites, loft spaces, and covered patios. The model homes for both communities are open for walk-in visits and private in-person tours by appointment.
