Landsea Homes has closed on a section of 42 new homesites at The Courtyards at Waterstone, a master-planned community in Palm Bay, Florida. The homes will make up Phase 1 of The Courtyards at Waterstone, with a second phase to follow at a later time.
The homes will range from 1,800 to 2,850 square feet in size, located on 50-foot and 60-foot lots. All will feature new interior and exterior designs, with presales starting in early 2022. Residents will have access to a range of activities and amenities on site, as well as access to nearby shopping, dining, beaches, and the 18-hole Majors Golf Club.
“We’re thrilled to be part of this exclusive gated community, The Courtyards at Waterstone, and to provide our high-quality homes in one of the state’s most attractive locations for homeownership,” says Jed Lowry, corporate vice president of the Florida and NYC metro divisions of Landsea Homes. “This is a rapidly growing area in Brevard County appealing to a wide range of home buyers looking for convenience and a true Florida lifestyle destination.”
All homes will feature Landsea’s high-performance home features, including smart home automation technology powered by Apple HomeKit and wireless network internet throughout. In addition, a REME HALO air purifier in each home will serve to reduce airborne particles and kill up to 99% of airborne bacteria, mold, and viruses.
