Landsea Selling Homes at Two Orlando Area Communities

More than 100 single-family homes are for sale in St. Johns Preserve and The Courtyards at Waterstone.

Landsea Homes Corp. announced homes are now selling in the single-family communities The Courtyards at Waterstone and St. Johns Preserve in Palm Bay, Florida.

Phase 1 of The Courtyards at Waterstone includes 42 single-family homes on 50- and 60-foot lots with floor plans ranging from 1,869 to 2,807 square feet with three to five bedrooms and two to three-and-a-half bathrooms. Prices start in the mid-$300,000s. Residents in the community will be minutes from the nearby beaches and most major employers, according to the builder. Phase 2 for the community is currently in development.

Phase 2 of St. Johns Preserve consists of 65 homes and offers five floor plans running from 1,804 to 3,035 square feet. Potential buyers have the option for single- or two-story homes containing three to five bedrooms, with prices starting from the mid-$300,000s. Phase 3 of the community is currently in development.

The St. Johns Preserve community includes a pool, a wildlife sanctuary, and a park, which will offer numerous family-friendly events. The homes in the community are minutes from Interstate 95 and Highway 192.

“We’re excited to announce that homes are now selling at The Courtyards at Waterstone and St. Johns Preserve, two of our highly desired master-planned communities in Palm Bay,” says Christina Quintana, vice president of sales and marketing for the Florida division of Landsea Homes. “We’re excited to bring our modern, quality homes to this rapidly growing city in Brevard County. These homes were designed with our home buyers in mind, and they reflect features that are most important—sustainability, unique design, superior location, and access to outdoor space.”

Homes in both communities will be equipped with Landsea Homes’ High Performance Home features, including smart home automation technology utilized by the Apple HomeKit environment. Smart home features includes an Apple HomePod mini, wireless network internet, entry door locks, thermostat control, garage door opener control, light dimmer switches, doorbell camera pre-wire, and high-touch customer service.

Landsea Homes first entered the Florida market in 2021 and began providing homes in the Orlando area, including Palm Bay, Palm Coast, Ormond Beach, Lake Helen, Sorrento, Merritt Island, and DeBarry. Earlier in January, the builder acquired Orlando-based builder Hanover Family Builders.
