Chinese owned Landsea Homes announced the sell-out of of the first three phases of The Vale, a townhome community in Sunnyvale, Calif. The 64 townhomes in the community’s Echo and Nexus neighborhoods sold within three months, according to the builder. Echo at The Vale offers three distinctive three-story townhome designs with three to four bedrooms and 3.5 to 4.5 baths, ranging from 1,851 to 1,875 square feet. Nexus at The Vale offers four, three-story townhomes with three to four bedrooms and 3.5 to 4 baths, ranging from 1,960 to 2,014 square feet.
Both Echo and Nexus townhomes offer a large open living room, dining room, eat-in kitchen, first-floor den/bedroom and bath, and two-car garage. Echo townhomes are priced from the mid $1.3 millions while Nexus townhomes start from the mid $1.4 millions.
Residents at The Vale will have access to the Nucleus, a central clubhouse with a community garden and large event room for hosting parties, meetings, or dinners. Additional amenities include Echo and Nexus neighborhood parks with play equipment as well as a community park with a half basketball court, fitness stations, barbecue grills, and picnic tables.
The Vale is located near Silicon Valley employment centers and within walking distance to private schools, dining, and shopping. Landsea Homes says that most sales were to first-time local and international buyers working for high-tech companies nearby. Construction has begun on the first five of 13 phases at The Vale, according to the builder. The first townhouses are scheduled to be delivered by February, while the community is scheduled for completion in late 2019.
