Lennar is now building single-family homes in Silverado, a residential community in the city of Zephyrhills in east Pasco County. The community offers 13 different Lennar floorplans designed to appeal to a variety of homeowners, from first-time buyers to growing families.
Silverado is situated 30 miles northeast of Tampa, and is close to the bustling suburban areas of Wesley Chapel and Land O’ Lakes. It is also just over an hour drive from the tourist attractions in the Orlando area.
The versatile floorplans include the 1,461-square-foot “Annapolis,” with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and the spacious 4,054-square-foot “Himalayan” with seven bedrooms and four bathrooms. Home sales are now open and prices begin in the mid-$190s.
Each floorplan has an open layout that encourages family togetherness, as well as such luxurious features as walk-in closets in master suites, and kitchens with dine-in islands. All homes have a two- or three-car garage, and larger floorplans provide flex space or upstairs loft space that can serve as an office, game room or second family room.
In addition to the family-friendly floorplans, Silverado offers a wide variety of amenities that both children and parents will enjoy. Amenities include miles of walking and biking trails that allow residents to connect with nature as they explore the beautiful Zephyrhills landscape, as well as a dog park and shaded “tot lot” playground.
Coming soon, the community will also have a Florida-style, open-air clubhouse that opens up to an oversized resort-style pool. The clubhouse and pool are expected to be complete in spring 2018.

The kitchens also come fully-equipped with a full set of GE appliances, including a side-by-side refrigerator and built-in microwave.
