LGI Homes has announced that it is adding five new floor plans to its communities in the Oklahoma City-area. Priced from the $220,000s, the home plans will range from 1,405 to 2,483 square feet in size, with three to five bedrooms and two to three bathrooms across one or two stories.
Home features include stainless steel Whirlpool kitchen appliances, granite countertops, designer wood cabinetry with crown molding, programmable thermostats, and luxury wood plank flooring, among others.
The builder will introduce its new floor plans with one-day-only sales events at each community in October. The first will be held at Crimson Lake Estates in El Reno, on Oct. 23, and the second on Oct. 30 at Wyndenmere in Newcastle. Crimson Lake Estates is a lakeside community located off the I-40 highway, while Wyndenmere, located off Highway 62, offers proximity to schools, parks, and downtown Oklahoma City. Discounts will be offered to interested buyers on these dates.
