Mattamy Homes is expanding its footprint in the Raleigh area with the launch of four new communities: Bloom, Clarabella, Seagrass Landing, and Powell.

The investment highlights the company’s continued commitment to delivering thoughtfully designed homes and vibrant neighborhoods across central North Carolina.

“Our strategic growth in Raleigh is about more than building homes, it’s about creating communities where families can thrive,” says Donna Kemp, vice president of sales and marketing for Mattamy’s Raleigh division. “Each new neighborhood offers something unique, from spacious homesites to innovative amenities, all designed with the needs of today’s home buyers in mind.”

Bloom is coming to the growing, semi-rural town of Fuquay-Varina, offering value-priced homes on expansive homesites of up to one acre. The 138-home community features eight ranch-style and two-story designs ranging from 2,007 to 3,431 square feet, with three to six bedrooms and options such as sunrooms, screened porches, and gourmet kitchens. Residents will enjoy serene ponds, shared greenspace, and convenient access to downtown Fuquay-Varina, major employers, and recreation.

Also located in Fuquay-Varina, Clarabella is a secluded enclave of just 42 single-family homes. The community offers seven ranch and two-story floorplans from 2,007 to 3,197 square feet, featuring open living areas, flex rooms, large kitchen islands, and spacious owner’s suites. Buyers can personalize their homes through Architect’s Choice Options, including upgrades like gourmet kitchens and covered verandas. The location provides easy access to Raleigh, Research Triangle Park, dining, shopping, and entertainment, along with wooded greenspaces and nearby parks.

In Lillington, Seagrass Landing introduces ranch-style and two-story homes on half-acre homesites that reflect the area’s rural character. The intimate neighborhood includes 87 homesites and seven floorplans ranging from 1,882 to 3,197 square feet. Homes feature energy-efficient designs, open-concept layouts, large kitchen islands, and flex rooms. Residents will have access to a fishing pond, ample greenspace, and convenient commuting routes to Raleigh, Fort Bragg, and Research Triangle Park, as well as nearby outdoor attractions such as Raven Rock State Park and the Cape Fear River.

Powell brings townhome living to Angier, North Carolina, with several floorplan options. Each townhome offers three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, and one- or two-car garages. Homes feature open-concept designs, energy-efficient features, and smart technology. Community amenities include a pool, cabana, playground, and walking trail, along with easy access to Raleigh, employment centers, shopping, dining, and recreation.
