Mattamy Homes has announced the start of sales at Emery, a new neighborhood in the Tradition master-planned community in Port St. Lucie, Florida.

The builder is offering seven one- and two-story home plans on 132 homesites, ranging from two bedrooms and two baths to four bedrooms and two and a half baths.

Many of the homesites border a lake or wetland preserve, according to the builder. Resident-only amenities will include a complex with a pool, cabana, fitness center, and grilling station. The community is located close to the Tradition Town Center, and offers access to the Tradition community’s T-Trail, a 20-mile complex of biking, walking, running, and carting paths. Transportation options include the TIM, a free autonomous shuttle.

“Homeowners will experience dining, entertaining, and shopping, all without leaving Tradition,” says Dan Grosswald, president of Mattamy’s Southeast Florida Division. “We also have a state-of-the-art acute care facility at Cleveland Clinic Tradition Hospital. It meets our entire community’s well-being needs with award-winning general and specialty services. Tradition is truly a community designed for work, play, and life.”
