The New Home Company (NEW HOME) (NYSE: NWHM) Monday said it was introducing Morro, a collection of the largest, most high-end homes in the master-planned community of Eastwood Village in Irvine Ranch, Calif. A Grand Opening for three model homes is set for the weekend of August 12, 2017.
Morro will be comprised of 40 spacious single-family homes featuring contemporary architecture in a variety of floorplans by LCRA Architects. The residences range from 3,513 to 3,794 square feet of living space and up to five bedrooms and five and one-half baths. Architectural styles consist of Santa Barbara, Monterey and Spanish with three plans that include options for bonus rooms, wine storage and conservatory. Prices begin in the mid $1 millions.

Morro is the latest addition to NEW HOME’s portfolio of new-home neighborhoods in Orange County.
This spring, it opened Lucca at Orchard Hills in Irvine, where it is currently selling 40 single-family residences with up to 4,862 square feet and up to seven bedrooms and six and one-half baths, with optional multi-generational suites and casitas available on select home sites. Lucca is priced from the high $1 millions.
Also by NEW HOME is Trevi, a collection of some of the largest homes within Orchard Hills. Trevi features residences with up to eight bedrooms and eight and one-half baths in up to 6,937 square feet of living space. Prices start in the low $2 millions.
NEW HOME is nearing the end of sales at Cressa in the popular North Irvine community of Portola Springs where only a select number of the 95 single-family homes remain available. The homes at Cressa range from 2,440 to 3,021 Square Feet with up to five bedrooms and five baths. Prices start in the low $1 millions.
In late 2017, NEW HOME will open three soon-to-be-named neighborhoods at Escencia at Rancho Mission Viejo. Each will be different. with one offering 79 two-story townhomes ranging from approximately 683 to 1,720 square feet, another featuring 72 paired homes with approximately 1,228 to 1,659 square feet and the third presenting 56 luxury single-family homes with single-level floorplans expected to range from about 2,950 to 3,575 square feet. Pricing has yet to be set for these three neighborhoods.
