Richmond American Homes of California, a subsidiary of M.D.C. Holdings, Inc., has unveiled three model homes at its Auburn at Stonegate community, a new addition to Irvine, CA’s Stonegate master-planned community.
All of Auburn at Stonegate’s floor plans are two-story single-family homes, with approximately 5,250 square feet of space and up to six bedrooms. Standard features include main-floor bedrooms and ceramic tile flooring, and buyers can choose to add optional amenities such as finished basements, wine rooms, recreation rooms, or courtyards onto the basic plan. All buyers will also be able to select colors, textures, finishes and fixtures for their home with the help of Richmond American’s design consultants. Pricing starts at $1.3 million.
The Stonegate master-planned community is located within the Irvine Unified School District. Auburn at Stonegate’s residents will have access to Stonegate’s parks, trails, pools, sports courts and gardens. The community is also located near Woodbury Town Center, Irvine Spectrum Center and Cypress Village and Orchard Hills Shopping Centers.
Richmond American will host the community’s grand opening on Saturday, and offer tours of their model homes.
