Park Square Homes recently closed on 362 new homesites in Lake County, Florida. Centrally located in the city of Tavares, Leela Reserve will include both single-family homes and townhomes with a variety of floor plans ranging between 1,500 and 2,600 square feet.

Land development is underway for the initial phase of the community, and new home sales are expected to begin in late 2022.

“Lake County is experiencing explosive growth, and we are excited to be adding 362 new homes in Leela Reserve,” says Kelly Thomas, vice president of land acquisition for Park Square Homes. “Location and amenities make the community highly desirable, and we expect interest to be very strong.”

Planned amenities at Leela Reserve include a pool and cabana, a playground, and a dog park. Nearby public boat access offers convenient entry to Lake Harris, an additional incentive to water sport enthusiasts.

Park Square has three communities in Lake County with plans to announce five new developments in 2022.
