Pulte Homes has announced the upcoming debut of Woodbridge Estates, a new community of 66 homesites in McDonough, Ga. The Atlanta-area community is expected to open for sales in early 2021, and will feature the builder’s Life Tested home design collection with prices starting in the low $300,000s.

Pulte’s Life Tested home designs in this newest Henry County community will be ideal for growing families, thanks to features like open concepts that unite living spaces, master-on-main floor plans for added privacy, and the option to add a third garage on some plans.”
The community is located less than 30 miles from downtown Atlanta, with several employment hubs and retail, dining, and recreation options located between the two, including the Crystal Lake Golf & Country Club. Closer in, McDonough and Hampton’s historic downtowns offer shops, restaurants, family-friendly events, and a splash pad, among other attractions.
