PulteGroup has announced plans for its newest community, Rolling Hills, in Florida’s St. Johns County. Located east of I-95, the community will consist of approximately 48 single-family homesites.

“We are thrilled to introduce our latest St. Johns County community, Rolling Hills,” says Tony Nason, president of PulteGroup’s Northeast Florida division. “With the area’s continued growth, the market demand for new homes in St. Johns County and the value Pulte offers, we expect strong home buyer interest at Rolling Hills.”

Pulte closed on the property in March and will begin development of Rolling Hills in April. Rolling Hills will consist of 50-foot-wide homesites.

Residents of Rolling Hills will enjoy living minutes from downtown St. Augustine, the beaches, and I-95. Plus, Rolling Hills is within the A-rated St. Johns County Public School District.

Rolling Hills is the latest of multiple new projects for Pulte in Northeast Florida. Sales are underway at Timber Cove and Bradley Pond in North Jacksonville, Trails at Grand Oaks and the Preserve at Bannon Lakes in St. Johns County, and Forest Park at Wildlight in Nassau County. Sales will open soon at Del Webb Wildlight in Nassau County, Hidden Bluff in Duval County, Bradley Creek and Double Branch in Clay County, and Spring Park at Grand Oaks and Summer Bay at Grand Oaks in St. Johns County.
