PulteGroup has acquired a new community development site for its DiVosta Homes brand, located next to its Ancient Tree property. The upcoming Avondale at Avenir community will feature 390 single-family homes, with prices starting in the $600,000s and sales starting later this year.
Home buyers can choose from five one- or two-story floor plans, ranging from 2,269 to 3,339 square feet in size with three to four bedrooms, three to four baths, and two- to three-car garages. All will feature raised ceilings, and some designs include lofts and quartz countertops.
Avondale at Avenir will be located close to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment destinations, as well as top-rated public and private schools, according to PulteGroup. Community amenities will include a resort-style pool, a fitness center and spa, a kids’ splash pad, two tot lots, and an entertainment room for children.
“Our communities in Palm Beach Gardens have become a destination for families and empty nesters,” says Brent Baker, president of PulteGroup’s Southeast region. “The location and quality of life offered at Avondale at Avenir will likely create strong demand for homes.”
PulteGroup is set to break ground on two more DiVosta communities in Palm Beach County. Bridgewater, located in Jupiter, will feature 107 homes priced from around $1 million, while Windsong Estates near Wellington will offer 93 homes priced from the low $500,000s.
