Richmond American Homes of Nevada, Inc., a subsidiary of M.D.C. Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: MDC), announced Wednesday the grand opening of three new neighborhoods in Highland Hills, the builder’s largest master plan in Las Vegas.

Highland Hills residents enjoy a mountain backdrop, parks, common areas and gated entry to all communities. The three neighborhoods offer distinctively different floor plans to suit a variety of needs, but all include gourmet kitchens with maple cabinets, granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, ceramic tile floors, built-in pest control systems, tankless water heaters and paver-stone driveways.

Ardmore offers ranch-style floor plans starting in the upper $300s, including the new-to-Vegas Timothy plan. Homes range from approximately 2,100 to 2,550 sq. ft., with up to five bedrooms.

Coleburn features two-story floor plans with up to six bedrooms, including the Coronado plan—another newcomer to Las Vegas. Unique morning room and guest suite options are available on select plans. Homes start in the mid $300s and range from 2,000 to 2,600 sq. ft.

Glenmore offers two-story homes with flexible spaces and designer details starting from the low $300s. Floor plans range from approximately 2,000 to 2,600 sq. ft. with 3 to 5 bedrooms.
