The Phoenix division of Richmond American Homes of Arizona, Inc., a subsidiary of M.D.C. Holdings, is opening two new Phoenix communities.
Opening this month in South Chandler, Maderas will offer residents open space, a playground and a convenient ramada. New homes at the exclusive gated community will start from the mid $500s.
Coming to Cave Creek in October, The Estates at Sunrise Vista is bordered by canyons and lush desert vegetation. New homes at this neighborhood will be priced from the upper $500s.
Both Maderas and The Estates at Sunrise Vista offer easy access to schools, shopping, dining and recreation, and both will feature Richmond American’s Robyn, Reagan, Reese and Robert floor plans. The single-story collection boasts 3 to 5 bedrooms and approximately 3,250 to 4,000 square feet.
The Robert model home—which features a dedicated guest suite , complete with bedroom, living room, kitchenette and private bath—is currently being built at both communities.
