Richmond American Homes of Colorado is hosting its grand opening event for the Seasons Collection model home complex at the Seasons at Traditions community in Aurora, Colo. from now until November 20th, from 9 AM to 5 PM.
The Amethyst, Onyx, Coral, and Citrine floor plans have been offered at other Richmond American communities in Colorado, including Aurora’s Copperleaf community, but the Seasons at Traditions community offers the first complete Seasons Collection of model homes in the metro Denver area.
The Amethyst and Onyx ranch floor plans offer two to three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and about 1,400 to 1,600 square feet of space. The two-story Coral and Citrine plans range from about 1,800 to just under 2,000 square feet of space and feature three to four bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms.
Pricing for Seasons at Traditions starts in the upper $200,000s. Residents will also have access to a pool and clubhouse, as well as nearby schools, parks and trails.
