In early November, South Carolina-based builder Sabal Homes will unveil the Longwood Bluffs Community in Murrells Inlet, S.C., a new neighborhood within the 2,700-acre master planned Prince Creek West community.
During the grand opening ceremony from November 3-5, Sabal’s design center and two fully furnished models will be open for public tours.
Starting in the mid-200,000s, Longwood Bluffs includes both lowcountry-inspired single family homes and duplex homes with detached garages that create a private courtyard space. Buyers can choose from 10 floor plans.
The Longwood Bluffs Community is located a few miles from the Atlantic Ocean, as well as the Murrells Inlet Marshwalk and Brookgreen Gardens. Retail and grocery shopping are a quick drive away, Sabal says.
