Saussy Burbank and Clear Springs Development Co. have partnered again to build 50 single-family homes at the upcoming Cottages at Springfield Town Center in Fort Mill, South Carolina. This project is the second collaboration between the builder and developer following Baxter Village, also in Fort Mill.

“We’re thrilled to be working with Clear Springs again,” says Bob Zweier, president of Saussy Burbank. “Having worked together at Baxter Village, we know their team shares our vision for thoughtful development combined with quality homes.”

The cottages in the new community will offer two-story floor plans with an optional detached garage and home sites fronting green space. Construction is set to begin in early 2022, and floor plans are coming soon.

The full Springfield Town Center mixed-use development is set to include more shops, restaurants, and pedestrian-oriented services in its second phase.
