Shea Opens Three New Arizona Communities

The new models near Phoenix offer a range of styles, floor plans, and features.

In response to the growing demand for new homes in Phoenix’s West Valley, Shea Homes will be opening three new communities in Peoria, Ariz., this summer — Evolve at Cantilena, The Reserves at Cantilena, and Latitude at Cantilena.

“The timing couldn’t be better for the grand opening of our newest Peoria communities,” says Ken Peterson, vice president of sales and marketing for Shea Homes Arizona. “The West Valley is growing like crazy, and we are getting ready to close out our other Peoria communities, Vista Montana, Desert Ambition, and Desert Intrigue.”

On July 1, Shea debuted Evolve at Cantilena in Peoria. Evolve is part of the Shea3D series of homes, giving home buyers the opportunity to choose from a variety of interchangeable lifestyle-driven spaces. Four distinctive, open floor plans showcased in three model homes. Floor plans range in size from approximately 2,843- 4,497 square feet, with four to six bedrooms and bathrooms ranging from 2.5 to 4.5. Home base prices start at $404,990. When complete, the community is slated to include 82 homes.

On July 15, Shea Homes unveiled The Reserves at Cantilena. This community’s four single story layouts range in size from 3,282 square feet to 3,983 square feet, and provide spacious floor plans with options for three to five bedrooms and 3.5 to 4.5 bathrooms. All of The Reserves homes include designer kitchens, functional outdoor rooms, four-car garages, and plenty of options for personalization. The homes start at $479,990. This is the second of three communities that Shea Homes is opening at Cantilena this summer. When complete, the community will include 32 homes.

The third community, Latitude at Cantilena, will open in August. This community provides four luxury, ranch-style floor plans and one basement home with four to five bedrooms and 2.5 to 4.5 bathrooms. Latitude will provide home buyers with luxury offerings such as RV garages, casitas, and pool cabanas. These homes have a base price of $553,990 ranging from 3,091 to 4,937 square feet. Latitude will include 21 homes when complete.
