Construction is underway on San Joaquin Valley Homes’ new model homes at Chandler Park, a 28.75-acre single-family home community in Hanford, California. The model homes will open for tours in August 2017, when the 115-home community opens for sales.

Chandler Park’s homes are available across five floor plans, which will range from 1,443 to 2,100 square feet in size and contain three to four bedrooms. All homes feature covered front porches, nine-foot ceilings, energy-efficient features, kitchen islands, and walk-in closets as standard, with additional upgrades available.

The neighborhood is two miles from downtown Hanford – recently named one of the “Prettiest Painted Places in America” by the Rohm and Haas Paint Quality Institute – and even closer to the Hanford Amtrak Station.

“We are eagerly anticipating the introduction of our Chandler Park models to the Hanford community,” says Joe Leal, co-founder of Visalia-based SJV Homes. “This development will fill a void in the community that has a proven demand for new housing.”

SJV Homes, founded in 2013, plans on selling its 1,000th home by the end of this month. Chandler Park is a joint venture with Presidio Residential Capital, which finances 100% of the operations of SJV Homes.
