SR Homes has announced the start of new-home sales at Chimney Creek, an 85-acre community located in Cumming, Georgia, close to Atlanta.
Chimney Creek will feature ranch and two-story homes priced from the low $400,000s, ranging from 2,045 to 3,163 square feet in size with three to five bedrooms, two to four baths, and two-car garages. Each floor plan features open-concept layouts designed for easy personalization, according to the builder.
Planned amenities at Chimney Creek include a pool, a cabana, and tennis and pickleball courts. Nearby recreational options include Sawnee Mountain Preserve, Eagle’s Beak Park, Poole’s Mill Bridge Park, and Big Creek Greenway, as well as access to Highway 20 and Georgia 400 nearby.
