Stanley Martin Homes is adding an all-ages neighborhood, The Cascades, at the formerly 55+ Two Rivers master-planned community in Odenton, Md.
Located 17 miles from Annapolis, Md. and within commuting distance to Washington, D.C. and Baltimore, Md., The Cascades at Two Rivers will offer six, single-family home designs ranging from 2,800 to 7,306 square feet.
New homes at The Cascades at Two Rivers will include first-floor owner’s suites, walk-in closets, bedroom-level laundries, lofts, gourmet kitchens, and standard 10-foot ceilings, Stanley Martin says. Residents can also enjoy outdoor living spaces and quick access to walking, hiking, and biking trails.
An all-ages clubhouse will be built at Two Rivers, featuring a zero-entry, resort-style swimming pool and lap pool, indoor/outdoor sports courts, and a fitness center. Other community amenities include a tot lot and dog park, as well as access to nearby shopping, dining, and entertainment. An agricultural park, environment park, and community garden have been proposed.
