Kansas City builder Summit Homes will release lots for its North Park Village community in Lee’s Summit this week.
Lot reservations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. 50 prime home sites will be released for reservations in the first phase. North Park Village will feature homes from Summit’s award-winning Lifestyle Collection with base prices starting from the $260s.
North Park Village will give residents easy access to new shopping and dining at Summit Fair, nearby US-50 Hwy and the acclaimed Legacy Park. The new community will include a pool with cabana.
“North Park Village is perfectly situated right in the heart of Lee’s Summit, an ideal location for families looking for a new home with the excellent Lee’s Summit schools,” says Jodi Palin, vice president of sales and marketing for Summit Homes.
Last year Summit, the largest new home builder in the Kansas City area, joined Clayton Properties Group, a Berkshire Hathaway affiliate.
