Taylor Morrison’s Denver division will mark the official start of sales for its upcoming Terrain Ravenwood community with a grand opening on January 13th, 2018. The event will take place at the future community site at the Terrain master-planned community in Castle Rock, Colorado.
The Terrain Ravenwood community will offer Taylor Morrison’s Destination Collection of new home floor plans: Eldora, Steamboat, Crested Butte and Keystone. The one- and two-story homes will range in size from 2,710 to 3,513 square feet, with up to five bedrooms and four-and-a-half baths.
All homes will feature open-concept living spaces, gourmet kitchens, butlers’ pantries, and expansive owners’ suites, along with granite countertops, energy-efficient features and appliances, and three-car garages. Options include finished basements, studies, and guest bedrooms.
Terrain Ravenwood is a sub-division of Ravenwood Village, one of five distinct villages at the Terrain master-plan with its own distinguishing home styles and geography. The Terrain Ravenwood homes will be built on some of the village’s largest lots, with expansive views of the surrounding area. Community features include Ravenwood Park, a two-acre plateau park with a large playground, a barbecue and picnic area, and views of the nearby Rocky Mountains and McMurdo gulch. A pool is also planned for the site.
Terrain community features include the Terrain Clubhouse, which has been recognized as the as Best Clubhouse by the Homebuilders Association of Metro Denver. The clubhouse offers a pool, a fitness center and locker rooms, and public and private event opportunities. A swim club, a Western-themed municipal park, a dog park are also available. The Outlets at Castle Rock are located nearby, and commuter access is available to Metro Denver and to Castle Rock.
