LGI Homes announced Terrata Homes has opened a new community in the Dallas market. Van Buren Estates offers buyers new construction homes with spacious layouts on 1-acre homesites staring in the mid-$800,000s.

At Van Buren Estates, Terrata Homes is offering five of their most popular floor plans. Ranging in size between 3,042 and just over 4,000 square feet with up to four bedrooms and four-and-a-half-bathrooms, these homes have been designed to fit the needs and desires of today’s modern home buyer, reports the builder.

Inside every new home, home buyers will appreciate open spaces, added flex rooms, oversized garages, chef-ready kitchens, and large, covered patios with built-in outdoor kitchens. These new homes also come equipped with a multitude of luxury upgrades, including a full suite of stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, oversized white cabinetry with crown molding, wood floors, 2-inch faux-wood blinds installed on all operational windows, and professional front yard landscaping.
