Richmond American Homes of California is hosting a grand opening celebration this weekend for its new addition to the San Elijo Hills master-planned community in San Marcos: The Summit at San Elijo Hills, a community of one- and two-level single-family floor plans priced from $1.1 million.
Five floor plans are available for purchase at The Summit: the Redmond, a ranch floor plan, and the Reilly, Rockwell, Melbourne, and Hudson, all two-level plans. The floor plans all have three to seven bedrooms, and range from just over 3,000 sq ft to 4,650 sq ft in size. Models of the Reilly, Rockwell, and Melbourne are available for tours.
All plans include maple wood cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and deluxe master baths. Buyers may also choose to add a courtyard, a pet spa, a professional kitchen, or a wine room to their new home, among other additions.
The Summit, named for its location at “the highest point in North San Diego,” offers easy access to the Pacific Ocean, as well as the parks, trails, and town center of San Elijo Hills. The community’s grand opening will take place on Saturday from 10 am to 5 pm. Guests will be provided with a complimentary lunch, tours of the model homes, and access to information about the community.
