Three new neighborhoods in the Audie Murphy Ranch master planned community in Menifee, California are set to host a joint grand opening event this weekend on Saturday, April 21st. A total of six model homes will be available for tours at the Savannah and Tribute communities, and information will be available on site about the upcoming Kingston community.
Savannah by Brookfield Residential will feature one-and two-story floor plans that range from 2,718 to 3,492 square feet in size, and include up to six bedrooms and four baths. The homes feature gourmet kitchens and islands, covered outdoor rooms, bonus rooms, three-car garages, Connected Home technology and a variety of additional upgrades. Prices are expected to start in the mid-$400,000s.
Tribute by D.R. Horton will also feature one-and two-story homes ranging from 2,474 to 3,172 square feet in size with four to five bedrooms and two to four baths. Floor plans feature large great rooms, open kitchens with islands, multi-generational or junior suites in select floor plans, first-floor bedrooms, and two-to-three car bay garages, among other features. Prices are expected to start in the mid-$400,000s.
The Kingston collection by Meritage Homes will feature homes ranging from 1,990 to 2,912 square feet in size with up to five bedrooms, two and a half to three baths, and two-to-three car garages. The one-and-two story floor plans offer flex spaces, spacious master suites, covered patios, and upper-level lofts in select plans. Prices are expected to start in the low $400,000s.
