Toll Brothers has announced that it will build single-family, luxury homes in the master-planned community of Flatiron Meadows, a “contemporary” town east of Boulder in Erie, Colo.

“With its open space and walking trails, Flatiron Meadows is a great family, master-planned community,” says project manager Amanda Champion in a release. “A choice of floor plans with a variety of exterior designs will give each streetscape a unique feel.”
The community is sited near the Boulder Valley School District, a golf course, and parks, and is desirable for its proximity to both the city of Boulder and Denver. Erie was recently named one of MONEY Magazine’s Top Places to Live in America and an Best City for Young Families by Apartment Advisors.
Sales of the home sites are slated for early 2017.
