Toll Brothers will open sales later this summer at its newest Charlotte-area community, Toll Brothers at Bent Creek. Located in Indian Land, S.C., the community will feature 134 single-family homes from the firm’s Executive and Carolina collections.
“This new luxurious community allows us to provide buyers with the quality and craftsmanship they have come to know from Toll Brothers at a more affordable price point,” says David Kelly, North Carolina division president.
The Carolina Collection features five home designs ranging in size from 2,223 to over 2,913 square-feet. The Benson model features two to four bedrooms and up to 3 1/2 bathrooms, a first floor master suite with a spacious master bathroom and a walk-in closest. The open floor plan is highlighted by a generous kitchen with an island, open great room, casual dining area and indoor/outdoor living spaces.
The Executive Collection features six home designs ranging in size from 3,179 to over 3,806 square-feet. The Duke model can be designed with four to six bedrooms and up to 4 1/2 bathrooms. It features a grand master bedroom with a private den and expansive master closets. The grand master bathroom is highlighted by cathedral ceilings and a Roman tub. Other highlights include a two-story foyer, expansive family room, spacious kitchen and numerous optional spaces such as a sunroom.
The community offers a clubhouse and amenity center, fitness center, greenway trails, lake and river access, and dining, shopping and entertainment opportunities nearby in Ballantyne and south Charlotte. Toll Brothers also offers additional new-home communities throughout the Charlotte area including Bromley Estates at Weddington, Falls at Weddington, Preserve at Marvin and Regency at Palisades.
