Toll Brothers has announced the opening of its newest luxury home, the Hollister, available at Falls at Weddington near Charlotte, N.C.. The home combines modern suburban living with state-of-the-art outdoor living space.
One of nine Toll Brothers home designs at Falls at Weddington, this open-concept model offers many contemporary features, including cutting-edge technology and appliances, not to mention hundreds of personalization options. Prices start from the low $600,000s.
“We are very excited to open the Hollister model home at Falls at Weddington this month. It’s the new crown jewel of the Toll Brothers Charlotte division and takes luxury to a whole new level,” says David Kelly, president of Toll Brothers’ North Carolina Division.
Each room features interesting details such as a two-sided fireplace facing the family room and study, a library with rolling ladders can be found, premium Sub-Zero and Wolf kitchen appliances, and a large center island and breakfast area. Up the dual curved staircase is a playroom and four bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom. The spacious master bedroom includes a large bathroom and shower equipped with a Kohler DTV valve system.
The Hollister’s outdoor living space comes with an expansive seating area, a fireplace, scenic wooded views, a fire pit, and a cooking area with a grill, pizza oven, and wine fridge. The mudroom offers generous cabinet storage, on top of the storage available within the four-car garage. Additional on-site amenities are available to Falls at Weddington residents, including access to a Clubhouse with indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, a playground, and an outdoor pool with lake views.
